Mayor Paul McNamara and the City Council, in partnership with the Escondido Chamber of Commerce, invite you to Escondido?s Annual State of the City Address.
The event will be held in the Conference Center of the California Center for the Arts on Wednesday, February 26, 2019, beginning with networking & coffee at 7:30 a.m. followed by the free program at 8:00 a.m.
