Stretch N' Sip at Holiday Wine Cellar

Join Andrew Belinsky RYT-500 on Monday, August 27th from 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM at Holiday Wine Cellar, for an evening of mindful stretching and sipping (sponsored by BRONTO MEAD). This is a practice of coming into deep presence and awareness so that we can better enjoy the deliciousness of our beverage. The yoga is a breath-centric, highly adaptable and integrates postures and meditation. All levels are welcome and please bring a water bottle and a small blanket or towel for padding, plus any other props that assist your practice. This event includes one hour of yoga and a social wine tasting experience afterward! About the Teacher: Andrew Belinsky, RYT 500, inspires the joy and healing of music-making in individuals and communities. He combines the ancient tools of yoga with the elements of music medicine to guide the willing to understand their life patterns. He founded NAMASTAGE as a community container for healing and expression.
