    Jacqueline Skay is Certified by the State Bar of California as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. Ms. Skay's practice involves the drafting of trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney, advance health care directives, community property agreements, as well as the administration of trusts. For over 25 years, Ms. Skay has practiced in North San Diego County. She earned her JD degree in 1990 and an LLM in taxation in 2002, both from the University of San Diego School of Law.
